Emsys Maritime expands its UK service capabilities

The service team at Emsys Maritime is pleased to welcome Brett Dickinson as a Field Service Technician based out of our UK Service Facility.

Brett has extensive maritime experience serving as a leading hand in the Royal Navy for almost 10 years.

Brett comments ‘Its great to be joining such a progressive UK based maritime technology company, especially during a phase of huge growth in orders. I am looking forward to completing my training program and getting ‘stuck in’ to supporting our customers. I love to travel and I am keen to expand the list of countries i have visited, so far its only seems to be Wales but i’m ever hopeful that following my training i will be deployed to somewhere slightly more glamorous (no offence to the Welsh nation)!!

Our Service Manager, Michala Tomkinson, is also excited for Brett to join her team saying ‘Brett has joined at a really interesting time, we have many hundreds of ships to support and Brett will be part of the service team that ensures our customers systems remain in ‘tip-top’ condition. I have the ultimate say in which Technician goes on each deployment and Brett needs to figure out the inducements needed for the office staff that influence the decision-making process (breakfast sandwiches, doughnuts, making regular team brew’s), Pembroke Docks can easliy be exchanged for St Lucia!’
