Who will use my data? Emsys Maritime Ltd
What for? We will store and process your data in order to allow us to maintain your account, send quotations, invoices, delivery notes and to provide customer support to you.
What will happen? We will use your details for the purpose of the above.
What data will be stored? We will store your email address, job title, work address and telephone number where applicable.
What data will be shared? We will only share your data within our CRM system Zoho, our accounting system Xero, with our accountants Tax Assist and within our Microsoft One Drive.
How long? Our contracts require a minimum support of up to 25 years therefore your data will be stored for as long as we 25 years
Who can access my data? We will never sell, share or otherwise distribute your data to any other third party.
How is my data kept secure? We will store your data on secure UK based servers that will be processed in the UK. We use industry standard security protocols/technology to secure data.
