Red-nosed (from all the PCR tests!), we know our service team are looking forward to Christmas, the New Year, and the happy prospect of a vaccine. This year, more than any other, our service technicians have proved themselves invaluable to Emsys Maritime and our customers.
2020 has been a very challenging year from a number of perspectives. With country entry requirements and visa restrictions changing daily, planes becoming few and far between, shortages of COVID PCR tests, and the office team working from home as per government guidelines, our technicians have done wonders in actually getting to our customers.
Michala and her team have managed to provide onboard attendance and have stepped up their remote support massively, providing help to those customers where onboard attendance is not possible. We have even had to recruit more technicians, and we welcome Simon and Patrick to the team! Once their training is complete, they look forward to getting out there and meeting our customers!
We wish you and our amazing service team a well-deserved Christmas break. We know they will hit 2021 with a continued determination to provide our customers with the best possible through-life support.
